Product Characteristics
High antigen content
This product uses the ZJ/C strain, which has the highest antigen standard on the China market at present, as the vaccine strain (Announcement of the Ministry of Agriculture of the People’s Republic of China No. 1893). It adopts the advanced whole virus complex antigen technology, which has high antigen content and long immune duration, without additional use.
New compound water adjuvant
The high-efficiency polymerized transparent water adjuvant is used to adsorb antigens and form nano microspheres, which can achieve long lasting and slow release, easy to pass through the syringe, good absorption and small stress reaction. At the same time, the adjuvant contains the patented immunopotentiator of “Fuwei”, which can significantly improve the non-specific and specific immunity of animals and improve the immune response effect of the vaccine.
New inactivators
This product uses β-propiolactone (BPL) as an inactivating agent, which acts on nucleic acid, does not destroy the antigen structure of the virus, and maximally maintains the integrity and immunogenicity of the virus. BPL can be completely hydrolyzed in the vaccine, does not produce residue, and is fully inactivated, efficient and safe with no stress reaction.
Safe and without side effects
This product uses serum-free culture medium production technology, and the harvested antigens do not contain protein stressor in serum. The purification process uses low temperature continuous flow centrifugation and tangential flow ultrafiltration system, which removes 99% of the serum protein stressors from the antigens, with little immune stress and good safety.
