These components were admixed at specified ratios. SPF chicks in each group were immunized at 7 days of age. Blood samples were collected weekly post-immunization via cardiac or brachial vein puncture. The resulting serum was analyzed for antibody titers, cytokine concentrations, T lymphocyte subpopulations, and other relevant parameters to assess the impact of the Fulewei adjuvant on serum antibody
