Product Characteristics

Strain dominance

The DN strain of Fowl Adenovirus group I serotype 4 has strong pathogenicity, good immunogenicity, and excellent replicative ability in cells. It can effectively prevent the diseases hepatitis-hydropericardium syndrome (HHS) and inclusion body hepatitis (IBH) in chickens caused by Fowl Adenovirus group I serotype C4, E8a, E8b and D11. The HS strain of avian influenza virus subtype H9 belongs to the prevalent current epidemic strain Y280, which provides better protection against respiratory symptoms and reduced egg production caused by the prevalent strain of avian influenza subtype H9. The vaccine can also prevent Newcastle Disease epidemic strain infection, so that one injection can prevent three diseases.

Technical advantages

Fowl Adenovirus group I is produced using a large-scale cell culture production process, with an antigenic content more than 10,000 times that of chicken embryo production. The semi-finished products are concentrated by ultrafiltration using Millipore Membrane Ultrafiltration Concentration Technology of the United States, which has the advantages of high antigen content, good protective rate, rapid antibody production, long immune duration, and no need of additional dosage. It can effectively prevent the “Ankara disease” caused by Fowl Adenovirus group I serotype C4, E8ba and D11.

Superior adjuvant

Vaccines contain special immunopotentiator, which can effectively induce and stimulate the body to produce humoral immunity, cellular immunity and local mucosal immunity, obviously improving the immune function of the body. At the same time, the white oil adjuvant for injection was optimized by instrument analysis and resolution, making the immunopotentiator promote vaccine absorption. By using the technique of shear double emulsion emulsification, the vaccine has the advantages of uniform particle size, low viscosity, easy injection, easy absorption, no nodules left after immunization, low antibody dispersion and good immune effect.

Low side effects

The antigens were purified by continuous flow centrifugation at low temperature, and the foreign impurities such as urate and miscellaneous proteins in the allantoic fluid of chicken embryo were removed to ensure the purity of the antigens. There is low immune stress in vaccinated animals.
